Tunisia-Travel advisory issued to travellers heading France

The French authorities have declared that as of Sunday, January 31, 2021, any entrance into France and any exit from French territory from or to a country outside the European area, including Tunisia, is banned, except for a critical reason, reads a statement by the French Embassy in Tunisia.
As such Passengers residing and working in France, with a return ticket, are requested to connect with their airline to plan their return to France.
French citizens in Tunisia who want to go to France are invited to delay their trip.
French residents living in Tunisia, passing through France or in another nation, need to make their own arrangements to return to Tunisia.
Additional data will soon be posted online, including the limited list of compelling reasons recognized by the French authorities, which have not yet been released.
As a reminder, since Monday, January 18, 2021, entrance to French territory is subjected to the following measures:
– A mandatory Negative PCR test to embark
– Isolation for 7 days upon arrival in France
– A 2nd PCR test after 7 days
