Tunisia-Tunisia and FDIA signs contribution agreement to assist health sector upgrading programmes

A cooperative agreement under which the Fundacion Democratica Italo-Americana (FDIA) made a €20-million donation was signed at the Ministry of Health.
The charitable donation is expected to help boost the upgrading of the health sector programmes, mainly the repair of operating rooms and interior sterile processing departments in all local hospitals and expanded ambulance squadrons.
The signing ceremony was attended by Interim Health Minister Sonia Becheikh, FDIA’s executive president, its director General and it’s representative in Africa and Arab.
