Tunisia-Tunisia ranks 96 in Quality of Roads

Tunisia ranked 96 globally in the sub-category “Quality of Road Infrastructure” in the Global Competitiveness Index report by the World Economic Forum.
According to the report, which evaluates the competitiveness landscape of 141 economies, presenting a unique insight into the drivers of economic growth, Tunisia slipped 15 ranks after placing 81 last year.

The UAE ranked first in the Arab World and seventh globally, followed by Oman which ranked second in the Arab World
and Qatar which ranked 16 globally.
In 2019, several countries were ahead of Tunisia in terms of quality of road including the Saudi Arabia(26),Egypt(28), Marroo (41 ) and Algeria (68).
