Tunisian Interior Minister Taoufik Charfeddine affirmed this Friday during a press briefing held with his French counterpart that Tunisia is willing to welcome its nationals who are deported from France and that these Repatriation operations must take place within the framework of the arrangements signed on this subject between the two countries in 2008.
He added that Tunisia is ready to welcome its nationals under certain conditions, including, importantly, that the repatriation takes place under conditions which respect their dignity, and that they are authorized to use all the legal remedies before the decision of ‘expulsion.
