The Embassy of Tunisia in France declared, in a press release, that the new ambassador, Mohamed Karim Jamoussi has handed over his credentials, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tunisia to the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron during a ceremony at the Elysee Palace.
During their exchanges, the Ambassador affirmed “his absolute determination to strengthen the profound bonds of friendship and cooperation which unite Tunisia and France”, and conveyed cordial greetings from the President of the Republic of Tunisia, Kais Saied.
For his part, the French President welcomed the Tunisian Ambassador to France and stressed the solid relationships between the two nations, reemphasising France’s desire to “further consolidate its partnership with Tunisia in all fields “.
