Tunisia-Two plenary sessions are scheduled in parliament this week

 The House of People’s Representatives “HPR” announced, in a press release, the holding of two plenary sessions on Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14 October for the consideration of several bills.
The work schedule includes:

  • Examination of draft organic law n ° 91-2018 on the organization of the state of emergency
  • The bill relating to the amendment of Legislative Decree 116, of 2 November 2011, establishing an independent High Authority for Audiovisual Communication.
  • Consideration of a bill relating to the approval of the convention establishing a partnership between the Republic of Tunisia, the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and its annexes.
  • The examination of a bill relating to the approval of two amendments to the charter of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation relating to the change of the name of the organization,the periodicity of the summits organized will also be at the agenda of these two plenaries.
