The Tunisian General Labour Union “UGTT ” categorically dismissed the circulating information regarding UGTT secretary-general Noureddine Taboubi attempt to mediate between The democratic current and people movement under the request of prime minister-designate Habib Jemli to persuade them to participate in discussions on the formation of the new government.
In its issued statement, the UGTT executive bureau asserted its respect for the independence of parties and their judgments.
