Speaking to Tunisie Numérique,  professor and head of admissions and orientation at UTC Amel Ben Zakour gave some clarifications on the bachelor programs of the London School of Economics-LSE which have been launched at the University of Tunis Carthage. The speaker said that LSE ranks No. 1 in Europe and No. 2 in the world in social sciences and management (QS 2021 ranking).

She stressed that students who will be admitted to one of LSE’s programs will profit from various advantages including the possibility of studying at UTC, here in Tunisia near their residence without bothering to travel to London or pay for travel, moving or accommodation expenses.

According to her, the cost of a year of study at LSE in London cost 130,000 Dinars while a year of study in Tunisia is about 18,000 Dinars. “Regarding the filing of the file with the UTC, the future graduates are called upon to access the website “cbsGlobal.org” to file their files as soon as possible, adding that the deadline for the next entrance examination is planned for June 30, 2022,” the UTC admissions and guidance officer said.

Candidates wishing to take this competition must pass their oral (psycho technical test) and written (mathematics and English tests), according to the same source. Ben Zakkour explained that a second session will be opened on August 15, 2022, and that places are limited.
