Tunisia-July 25 Movement hails the “purge” of the judiciary

Speaking at a press conference held today, one of the leaders of the July 25 Movement hailed the latest decision taken by the head of the state Kais Saïed relating to the “purge” of the judiciary.

We were the first to back the Head of State. The July 25 Movement favours a presidential regime, a “Third Republic” and a new Constitution to solve the country’s issues. It’s time to work and it’s not the right time to organize strikes,” he said, referring to the strike declared by the UGTT in the public sector on June 16.
