Tunisia-“We reject any association with Ennahdha”, states The Free Desturian Party (PDL)

The Free Desturian Party (PDL) prominently displayed its grave objections to the deliberate attempts of Ennahdha movement, to force the public opinion assume it has deliberately decided to eliminate the PDL from the course of negotiations on the establishment of the new government,reported the TAP agency.

The PDL insisted it categorically rejected any political discussion or personal consultation with a movement associated with terrorist organizations or personsThey further viewed in this notice, the personal statements of some leaders of the Ennahdha as falsehoods meant to wilfully deceive public opinion. 

The PDL said that its legal committee filed with the Tunisian judiciary in the past several complaints against the “Brothers’ Movement,” the most recent one was registered on May 16, 2018, for misgiving in the recruitment and sending of youths to conflict areas.
The party promises to maintain the effort to expose the truths and open the files of political assassinations as well as those linked to the beheading of soldiers and security forces during the Troika government.
