Tunisair commercial manager Ali Miaoui firmly rejected climcompass classification which ranked Tunisair as the worst airline for the year 2019. He asserted that climcompass is not even acknowledged in the field of civil aviation .
“We are certainly not the best airline, but we are not the most disagreeable,” he stated, adding that Tunisair collected approximately 10,000 complaints between 2017 and 2018 and, a number he considered feeble in comparison to the airline passengers.
“Tunisair has compensated approximately 6 million dinars to its customers… We answer our customers’ claims within a span of two months,” stressed Miaoui in a declaration to Mosaïque FM.
Besides, Miaoui was stunned by the publicity of incorrect information about Tunisair, as the company started to gain good figures and to renew its fleet.
