Tunisia-Women MPs from PDL to begin sit-in in Parliament as of tonight

Women MPs of the Free Destourien Party “PDL” bloc have begun a sit-in in the House of People’s Representatives annexe building to protest repetitive violence against women.

The bloc said that this has shited to a systematic policy to silence their voices under the recommendation of the President of the cancelled ballots, the terrible silence of the state and the lack of action of the judiciary.
