Tunisia-Yassine Ayari calls for the dismissal of Wadii Jary

MP Yassine Ayari indicated via his Facebook account that he sent a correspondence to the Ministry of Sports, Youth and Professional Integration to apply article 21 of Law 11 of 1995 and to dismiss the president of the federation Tunisian footballer, Wadii Jary.

Mr Ayari said in correspondence that the FTF did not respect the health protocol defined by the health ministry which put the lives of players, officials, referees and supporters in danger.

The MP stressed that Article 21 of Law 11 of 1995 gives the supervisory authority the possibility of dismissing one or more federal members in the event of default or mismanagement. If 50% of federal members are dismissed, the ministry can appoint a provisional federal office pending a general assembly within a period not exceeding three months.

Yassine also announced that a copy of the correspondence has been sent to the International Football Federation (FIFA).
