The correctional chamber of the Tunis Court of First Instance decided to free the man accused of tearing the Turkish flag after accepting the measure requested by his defence, Mosaique FM reports.
He will appear in court in a state of freedom. This young man was detained by agents of the Criminal Investigation Department during the events of July 25. He is indicted for tearing up the Turkish flag from the headquarters of the Turkish Cooperation and Development Agency at Avenue Mohamed V in Tunis.
