Tunisia-Youssef Bouzakher: We will resist the appropriation of the CSM with all possible legal means

Speaking to a private radio, the president of the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSM) Youssef Bouzakher revealed that the magistrates will resist the appropriation of the legal body *in the absence of a legal text or constitutional to justify this decision.

He attributed the accountability to the Ministry of the Interior which, according to him, applied this decision against the background of a political order made by the President of the Republic Kais Saied. “The CSM will oppose tries at its appropriation with all possible legal means,” he said.
