Prime minister Youssef Chahed paid a visit to President Béji Caïed Essebsi in the military hospital on Thursday, 27th June 2019.
Prime minister Youssef Chahed said in a Facebook post that the president is receiving the best care from the most qualified physicians.
Wishing the president a speedy recovery, Chahed concluded his post by imploring people to stay away and avoid fake news that might prompt confusion and uncertainty among the Tunisian people.
Earlier today, Béji Caïed Essebsi was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
