Tunisia-Zouhair Maghzaoui: Echaâb supports the July 25 process (Audio)

Zouhair Maghzaoui, secretary-general of Echaâb movement, believed that dialogue remains the most crucial step, remarking that the participatory process is a condition for the success of the July 25, 2021 process. Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, Maghzaoui added that the announcement of the dialogue by the President of the Republic is an important matter, but this must be concretized as soon as possible by inviting the parties concerned to this dialogue, in order for the future of the country be formulated in a participatory manner.

He added that the Echaâb movement will react to the call for this dialogue and will be part of it, considering that the movement is one of the parties that have moved from support to opposition to the President of the Republic. Furthermore, he emphasised that the popular movement still supports the July 25 process and that its purpose is to bring July 25 back to its proper compass, namely that it is the basis of a real national project and the project of construction of the popular state against the state of corruption as well as the project of building a solid democracy.
