New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said on Sunday that 367 new coronavirus deaths were reported in the state over the past 24 hours, bringing New York’s total COVID-19 death toll to 16,966. Still, today’s daily death toll is the lowest it has been the end of March.
Meanwhile, the number of hospitalizations climbed by 1,000 since yesterday, according to the governor.
