UN’s Guterres condemns Russian strikes on Ukraine

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is “deeply shocked” by Russia’s latest strikes on Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv, his spokesperson Stephane Dujarric stated on Monday.

Dujarric noted that the “large-scale missile attacks” by Russia that “reportedly resulted in widespread damage to civilian areas and led to dozens” of fatalities and casualties constitute “another unacceptable escalation of the war.”
