United States President Joe Biden, Japan’s Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and South Korea’s President Yoon Suk-yeol said in a joint declaration dubbed Camp David Principles that they “stand united” in their commitment to achieve the full denuclearization of North Korea.
“We remain committed to dialogue with the DPRK [Democratic People’s Republic of Korea] with no preconditions.
