Women’s World Cup 2023: France beats Morocco and joins Australia

France qualified by eliminating Morocco (4-0) in the round of 16 of the 2023 Women’s World Cup.

Diani opened the scoring with a cross from Karchaoui before serving Dali on the break goal (20′) while Le Sommer succeeded to drive the point home with her double (23′ and 70′) therefore permitting Les Bleues to play the quarterfinals against the Australians, on Saturday, August 12 at 8:00 am.
