Ons Jabeur (6th in the world) is on the entry list for this summer’s “bett1open” tournament in Berlin. Ten top-10 players and a total of 17 top-20 professionals have signed up for the tournament, which starts June 13 at the Rot-Weiß tennis club in Berlin, Germany.
Paula Badosa, number 3 in the world ranking, is second. Next in the top 10 are Maria Sakkari, Sofia Kenin (sharing WTA #4), Anett Kontaveit (WTA #5), Ons Jabeur (WTA #6), Aryna Sabalenka (WTA #7), Danielle Collins (WTA No. 9 ) and Garbine Muguruza (WTA No. 10). Reigning Olympic champion and last year’s bett1open runner-up Belinda Bencic (WTA No. 14) is likewise in attendance as are former American champion Osaka and fellow teen Coco Gauff.
