The Correctional Chamber of the Military Court of Appeal made its verdict in the airport case this Friday 20223.
As a reminder, former deputies are implicated in this case. These are Seifeddine Makhlouf, Nidhal Saoudi, Mohamed Affes, Abdellatif Aloui and Lawyer Mehdi Zagrouba.
The Chamber sentenced Seifeddine Makhlouf to 14 months in prison, lawyer Mehdi Zagrouba to eleven months with five years of prohibition to exercise, Nidhal Saoudi to seven months, Maher Zid and Mohamed Affels five months and Abdellatif Aloui obtained a dismissal.
