A female doctor, a resident in the pediatric service, at Fattouma Bourguiba Monastir hospital, attempted this Thursday to end her life, by cutting off the veins of her wrist.
She was saved and hospitalized in the resuscitation service of the Sahloul hospital in Sousse.
According to eyewitnesses on the spot, the young woman acted in this way after a disagreement with her head of service, about the agreement on sick leave.
