The President of the Republic Kaïs Saïed chaired, this Monday, September 28, 2020, a security council at the palace of Carthage during which he addressed the murder of young Rahma Lahmer.
The head of the state said, “It seems that the killer has committed a murder in the past and enjoyed a previous pardon … pardon is for those who deserve it and not for those who incriminated twice.”
