A father spoke on the radio today to condemn the assault on his one year and five-month-old baby in a kindergarten in Kairouan Governorate.
The Father said he took the child to the kindergarten yesterday for the first time. When he returned at 11 am, the director affirmed to him that the child was perfectly fine.
Nevertheless, in the afternoon, the mother went to the nursery to bring her baby back but was shocked to see her child beaten.
The father said he had already lodged a complaint against the director of the kindergarten, adding that he had not yet been reached by the regional child protection delegate.
