The Sousse 1 Court of First Instance ruled on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, to discharge businessman Mehdi Ben Gharbia and dismiss the money laundering charges against him.
His lawyer Ahmed Souab said his release will be rapid if the prosecution does not appeal this decision.
