Ridha Charfeddine, Minister of the Interior, ordered that Noureddine Bhiri, leader of the Ennahdha movement, and Fathi Beldi, a former leader of the interior cabinet, be placed under house arrest, Mosaique FM reported citing informed sources.
The same sources added that the two decisions were applied, this Friday, December 31, 2021. Bhiri and Beldi are in the same place selected by the Minister of the Interior.
