The plenary session of the Administrative Court passed its final verdict in regards to 25 appeal filed against preliminary results of the 2019 legislative polls.
The court decided to keep the preliminary results declared by the Independent Higher Authority for the Elections (ISIE) for the constituencies of Germany and Kasserine.
However, they decided to nullify the ISIE’s ruling cancelling the Errahma list seat in the Ben Arous constituency and to dismiss all other appeals.
The court will examine the remaining 11 judgments by next Wednesday.
