The Criminal Chamber at the Permanent Military Tribunal of Tunis convicted today, February 18, 2022, Yassine Ayari to 10 months in jail for undermining the morale of the national army, insulting the president of the republic and attribution wrong facts to a public official without evidence.
Ayari was condemned on the basis of publications on his page between July 26 and 28, 2022, i.e. after the presidential decisions of July 25.
