Former President of the Republic Moncef Marzouki confirmed that Interpol assured that he was not the subject of a “red notice”, the legal instrument closest to an international arrest warrant.
On his official Facebook page, he clarified that the fact that Interpol did not issue such notice indicates that the international arrest warrant issued by a Tunisian judge on the instructions of the Minister of Justice and on the initiative of President Kais Saied himself, was not acted upon.
