The quality assessment of fixed internet services in Tunisia in the fourth quarter indicates that the performance of fixed internet services is deemed average in terms of download speeds among the majority of ISPs.
In terms of amounts, the quality performance of internet services is good except a single supplier during October and November 2023.
According to a report issued today by the National Telecommunications Authority (INT), the domain name resolution service presented an average performance in line with the tolerated threshold (120ms) among all ISPs throughout the fourth quarter of the past year.
Topnet accomplished the best average download speed and provided the fastest internet connection. Its subscribers profited from the best upstream speed.
As for DNS resolution, Hexabyte achieved the best performance. The private operator Orange provided the most stable internet connection.
