The Central Bank of Tunisia has sounded the alarm regarding marketing certain financial services through social networks, especially international payment cards and the opening of foreign currency accounts abroad.
To address this issue and stop potential scams, the BCT issued a warning advising against engaging with these offers on Thursday. “These practices are illegal and could be subject to legal action,” the BCT added.
