CAF Cup: CA dominated by Dreams FC in Accra

This Sunday, the 5th day of the CAF Cup was a significant chance for Club Africain to validate its ticket to the quarter-finals of the competition. The club members were defeated in Accra, by the Ghanaians of Dreams FC (1-0) but will have their total probability of finding these 1/4 by winning against the Angolans of Academica Lobito beaten in each of their 5 outings is already out of this group C.

The sole goal of the match was scored by midfielder Godfred Atuahene (50′). At the same time in Luanda, Academica was beaten by the Nigerian Rivers United with a score of three goals to two (3-2).

The last 2 games of this group will take place next Sunday, March 3 at the Radès and Godswill Akpabio International Stadium (Uyo).
