During the operation, security forces arrested two people aboard a “Louage,” finding they were transporting a total of 1,185 narcotic tablets. This major seizure highlights the efficiency and alertness of the intervention units in combating the proliferation of illegal drugs.
The General Directorate of the National Guard, in its official press release dated Sunday, February 25, 2024, said that the suspects were caught while trying to move these substances across the region.
