COMAR Assurances announces net result in 2023 of more than 44 million dinars

The Ordinary General Meeting of the Mediterranean Insurance and Reinsurance Company (COMAR) will be held on April 26, 2024 at the company’s headquarters located in Tunis.

“The Ordinary General Meeting approves the allocation of the earnings for the financial year, amounting to 44,166,726.081 dinars”, we read in the 7th resolution of the draft resolutions of the AGO.
