A drone attacked an air base of the international anti-terrorist coalition forces in the city of Erbil in Iraqi Kurdistan, the region’s Counter-Terrorism Unit announced on Monday.
According to the statement, Erbil International Airport was targeted. Sometime after that, the Islamic Resistance group in Iraq claimed responsibility for the attack.
