Egyptian media confirmed on Tuesday that explosions were heard in the sky of Dahab, located in South Sinai along the Red Sea coast. The region has experienced heightened tensions since the outbreak of the war in Gaza on October 7.
According to reports from the Egyptian Cairo News Channel, eyewitnesses noted that a flying object was shot down about two kilometres from the coast of the city of Dahab.
