A cruel human tragedy has hit Egyptian doctor Mohamed Said El Gamal, who is a consultant of cardiovascular disease.
The latter he lost his four children and his elderly mother in a terrible fire which ravaged his entire apartment.
Civil protection extinguished the fire with 15 minutes, an inquiry has been opened into the tragedy.
