The Council of the European Union declared its ministers approved the support package of up to €18 billion for Ukraine throughout the year 2023.
This assistance will come in the form of loans to be provided for Kyiv to help maintain its macro-financial stability, ensure its rehabilitation, carry out reforms and prepare for reconstruction, the Council noted.
