Former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin convicted of George Floyd’s murder was seriously injured in a knife attack at the federal prison in Arizona, the Associated Press reported citing a person familiar with the matter.
The 47-year-old ex-police officer is said to have been stabbed by another inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Tucson.
