Four major U.S. cities may proceed forward with a lawsuit claiming that President Donald Trump’s government has taken measures to inappropriately “destroy” the Obamacare healthcare law, a federal judge has ruled.
U.S. District Judge Deborah Chasanow in Baltimore on Friday partly rejected the federal government’s motion to reject claims by the cities of Baltimore, Chicago, Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio, finding they had the standing to pursue them.
