Global deaths from coronavirus exceeded 400,000 on Sunday, as case numbers climb in Brazil and India, according to a Reuters tally.

According to Reuters, The number of deaths linked to COVID-19 in just five months is now equal to the number of people who die annually from malaria, one of the world’s most deadly infectious diseases.
Global cases are approaching 7 million, with about 2 million, or 30%, of those cases in the United States. Latin America has the second-largest outbreak with over 15% of cases, according to Reuters tally.
