The death tally from COVID-19 continue to rise after a breaking record with 12,376 deaths during the past 24 hours, data collected from health authorities worldwide revealed on Thursday. The number of COVID deaths recorded since the commencement of the pandemic has now exceeded 1.5 million.
According to the data, more than 65 million people across the world have caught the illness, with more than 45 million registered recoveries.
