The International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague stated on Friday, declaring its refusal to accept South Africa’s recent appeal concerning Israel’s extension of military operations in Rafah.
“The Court notes that the most recent developments in the Gaza Strip, and Rafah in particular…does not demand the indication of additional provisional measures,” the ruling said.
