Iran sees record 42,541 new virus cases, 536 deaths

Data published on Wednesday by Iran’s Health Ministry revealed that the number of coronavirus infections in the country jumped by 42,541 during the last 24 hours, marking another record-high rise in daily virus cases.

The ministry’s data also showed that 536 deaths attributed to the virus have been observed within the time span.
