In a televised statement, Anis Ben Mime, attorney of Tunisian player Hamdi Nagguez, affirmed that he had decided to file a complaint with FIFA against the administration of Al-Ahli, after the unilateral ending of his client’s contract, whose contract will end in June 2022.
Ben Mime explained: “We have officially filed a complaint against the officials of the Jeddah club, to request Hamdi Nagguez’s contributions and the fine for the termination of his contract”. The officials of the Saudi club revealed earlier on the official page, that they had terminated the contract with Hamdi Nagguez by mutual agreement between the two parties, and even the latter inked a financial authorization. Consequently, the player has become free from any engagement with them.
