Nine people are missing following an accident off the southwestern coast of South Korea, local media reported on Sunday. A 24-ton fishing boat carrying 11 crew members capsized, with three people being rescued by a passing vessel.
South Korean Coast Guard is still searching for the rest of the crew, who could be trapped in the boat. President Yoon Suk-yeol “urged maximum efforts” and ordered the mobilization of “all available resources” in the search for survivors, Yonhap reported.
