Number of global coronavirus cases Supasses 4 million

The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases worldwide rose over 4 million on Friday, according to data collected from health authorities from around the world. Out of those who contracted the disease, more than 274,000 have died, while around 1.37 million recovered.

The United States has reported the most cases by far with over 1.3 million confirmed infections. Spain is second with more than 260,000 cases, followed by Italy and the United Kingdom.
