Official. The African Nations Cup in Cameroon

The CAN 2021 will take place in Cameroon on the same date selected previously, from January 9, 2022, the president of CAF, the South African Patrice Motsepe announced.

 

Motsepe declared: “My family and I will be here in Cameroon on January 7th, as we have to begin the tournament on January 9th. We will all meet here in a few weeks ”. This decision has just been declared following the meeting held between Motsepe and the Cameroonian head of state, Paul Biya, this Tuesday in Yaoundé.
